Welcome to Balanced Wellness

We are a massage and wellness center located in Solon Springs, Wi. Come visit us for a relaxing massage from certified massage therapists, join in on some exercise classes, or workout in our brand new wellness center!

We recently acquired new exercise equipment! The Tonal (pictured on the right) has adaptive weight measurements that tailors every rep for you, touch screen display, strength assessment, and different workouts with virtual trainers. Once you are familiar with it, you can set up your own account and pre program your workouts from your smart phone.

Classic Fitness Basic

Wednesday: 8:30AM & 9:30AM(lower impact)

This class is a fun mix of strengthening, flexibility, light cardio, and balance.

Classic Fitness Intermediate

Monday: 8:30AM & 9:30AM

This class is a step up from the basic class. It is also a fun mix of strengthening,flexibility, but with more cardio with core work on the floor. Bring your mat!

Andi's Essentrics

Thursday:6:00AM

Essentrics with Missy

Tuesday: 8:30AM

This is a full body routine with focus on strengthening while we lengthen our muscles. It's full of imagery to help keep our movements productive.

Sauna Sundays



Call, text or message to reserve an hour long private sauna. Includes showers, towels, and Young Living essential oils. 1-4 people, 12pm-8pm Sundays. $30/hr.
